Community Activities Creativity can change how young people see themselves and their place in the world. We often work in community spaces - like community centres, colleges or other spaces. Our community activities bring music-making into the heart of neighbourhoods, offering regular drop-in sessions led by an experienced music leader. We work with young people who may not otherwise have access to instruments, equipment or welcoming creative spaces. Sessions blend play, informal learning and hands-on practice: from picking up an instrument for the first time to exploring beat-making, DJ skills and basic music production. Young people shape their own routes through the sessions, with facilitators on hand to guide, encourage and support. These activities help build confidence, curiosity and a sense of belonging. Participants develop skills they can take into other parts of their lives: listening, teamwork, self-expression and the pride that comes from creating something new. If you’re a community organisation, youth group or venue offering meaningful creative opportunities, we’d love to work with you.
