Claire Hills is a performer and workshop facilitator who has made a career out of telling stories and gurning.

Having been a jobbing actor since graduating in 2003, Claire started Topsy Turvy Theatre in 2010, a children’s theatre company specialising in puppetry for EYFS children and their families. As a workshop facilitator Claire creates workshops using drama, music and movement and has spent all of her professional career working with children in all manor of settings and also mentors other facilitators in their work. During the Covid-19 pandemic Claire started her Makaton journey and has achieved her Makaton Level 3 and is working towards becoming a Makaton tutor. Recently Claire has taken up kickboxing and is training to become a kickboxing instructor and is also a trainee board member for Creative Wakefield.

Claire is the new facilitator on our Music with Mothers and Babies in Secure Accommodation project.
