From 25th May 2018, the GDPR or General Data Protection Regulations come into force across the UK, and Yorkshire Youth & Music is compliant with the new regulations.
The data we collect directly through www.yym.org.uk is via:
- – Comments on our posts (only if you post them)
We do not and will not share any data we collect directly with third parties.
We also have access to data via:
- – Embedded content on our blog that links to sites (YouTube or Vimeo) who may also collect your data. Please refer directly to their websites for their respective policies on data privacy and protection.
All data collected via third parties is anonymised and is therefore not linked to any individual.
We will keep your data indefinitely, until you decide to:
- – Unsubscribe from our bulletin (which you can do so easily via a link at the bottom of every newsletter we send)
- – Delete a comment you may have made on our website
