YY&M is delighted to announce that the Ernest Cook Trust is supporting our work in Woodley Special School in
Kirklees.

Woodley School is for children aged 5 – 16 with Autistic Spectrum conditions. Close to the centre of Huddersfield, it is surrounded by green spaces and is a peaceful environment.

Andrew Cleaton, our Music Leader for the project, is working with around 20 children to explore the world of music. We’ve had feedback from both pupils and staff saying that the sessions so far have been a great success so far. Over the next few weeks Andrew will be working with pupils on their Arts Awards, so they will be finding out about artists they like, and making displays or posters, or talking about their favourites to staff and classmates.
