Conference: Music for Young People in Justice Settings

Through the work YY&M are doing with young people in PRUs, Young Offender Institutions and Secure Children’s Homes, we are organising a half-day conference alongside our practitioner Chris Morris. The conference will be on Wednesday 4th May 13:00 – 17:30 at the University of Sheffield (Humanities Research Institute building). We will be having talks by professionals in various fields of work including music psychologists, special needs educators, and music practitioners, and will be discussing current issues and music provision for young people in justice settings.
